Job summary

Northcott is hiring multiple casual Support Workers to provide person-centred care across accommodation sites in Campbelltown. You will support customers with complex needs, administer medications, and work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers in an accommodation setting.
• Experience liaising with GPs, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies and allied health professionals.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and be confident driving a 12-seater van.
• Comfortable with personal care and supporting participation in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with complex health needs and implement care plans.
• Administer medications including PEG medications and manage changes.
• Provide health management support and coordinate with health professionals.
• Assist with manual handling and use equipment safely.
