Job summary

ALDI Stores is hiring a casual Junior Store Assistant to join our retail team. You’ll help customers on the shop floor, keep aisles tidy, and assist with stock unloading and shelf replenishment to ensure our stores run smoothly.

We offer training to become a retail superstar, a positive team environment, and opportunities for internal development. Weekend and after-school shifts (4pm-9pm) are expected, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good eye for detail and ability to spot out-of-place items.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with finding their favourite products on the shop floor with a smile
• Keeping aisles organised, clean and looking fabulous
• Back of store duties including unloading and unpacking stock, keeping shelves full so customers can find their favourites!
