Job summary

easykind is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our telehealth team, delivering evidence-informed consultations across Australia. You will assess patients remotely, develop personalised treatment plans and provide ongoing care within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
• Current AHPRA registration with authority to prescribe Schedule 8 medications.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills delivering patient-centred care.
• Strong clinical judgement, ethical decision-making and evidence-informed practice.
• Understanding of clinical governance, regulatory requirements and compliance with AHPRA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations with patients across Australia.
• Assess patient suitability and develop individualised treatment plans.

We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our growing telehealth team, delivering high-quality, evidence-informed alternative medicine consultations to patients across Australia.

Working remotely, you’ll conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations, assess patient suitability, develop individualised treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Paid Onboarding

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys building strong patient relationships and delivering thoughtful, patient‑centred care.

You’ll also bring:

• Current unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
• Current AHPRA registration with authority to prescribe Schedule 8 medications.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver compassionate, patient‑centred care.
• Strong clinical judgement, ethical decision‑making, and a commitment to evidence‑informed practice.
• A thorough understanding of clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and the importance of maintaining compliance with AHPRA standards, legislation, and organisational policies.
• Confidence using technology and adapting to new digital platforms in a fast‑paced telehealth environment.
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Total potential earnings: $152,000– $160,000 (Salary + Allowances + Remote Travel Allowance) plus additional benefits detailed below:

• Competitive Salary : Annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $152,500, including various allowances and additional work/on‑call allowances.
• Additional Work/On‑call Allowance : This allowance makes up $30,000 of your salary in compensation for after‑hours on‑call and call‑out duties.
• Remote Travel Allowance : Receive $7,500 per year, paid over fortnightly instalments.
• Save on tax with Salary Sacrificing : The option to Salary sacrifice of up to approximately $16,000 per year.
• Accommodation : You will be provided with fully furnished staff accommodation, and we subsidise the utility fees, resulting in a comfortable and cost‑effective living arrangement (a nominal $30 per bedroom per fortnight).
• Program Leave : Unique 6‑week continuous service cycle with 2 weeks paid leave. (in addition to other leave entitlements)
• Paternity Leave : 8 weeks paid Paternity Leave, accessible upon completion of 1 year of service.
• Loaded Annual Leave : Enjoy 4 weeks of annual leave each year, with leave loading included.
• Contract Flexibility : Enjoy the security of a 1 or 2‑year fixed‑term contract with the potential for extensions.
