Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create memorable customer experiences and help achieve store sales and KPI targets. You will bring energy to the shop floor, connect with customers authentically, and represent the PUMA brand with confidence.

Your day-to-day includes delivering outstanding service and product knowledge, driving sales, supporting merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion, footwear or sports apparel highly regarded)
• A strong customer-first mindset
• Confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trade periods
