Job summary

Nespresso in Penrith is seeking a casual team member who loves coffee and delivering memorable service. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and use POS systems to ensure smooth transactions in a fast‑paced boutique.

Availability across 3 days per week including weekends, with shifts that may vary by business needs. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, growth and inclusion—plus coffee perks, a personal machine, monthly coffee credit and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have full working rights in the relevant location.
• Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks.
• Retail or customer service experience is beneficial.

Flexibility is key – as this is a casual role, shifts may vary based on business needs.

Ideally, you’ll have availability across 3 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday, with availability for key boutique trading times such as Thursday late-night trade and Mondays.
