Ally Fashion, an Australian multi-brand retailer, is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant for our Miranda store in NSW. You will deliver an AMAZING customer experience, build rapport with regular customers, and provide fashion consultation in a friendly, professional manner.

You will work with a dynamic team, handle stock, assist on the sales floor, at the register, fitting rooms, and contribute to visual merchandising while representing Ally Fashion values every day.

We are on the lookout for an energic Casual Sales Assistant to JOIN our Miranda Store! ABOUT THE ROLE This role will see the successful candidate being focused on delivering AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers and recognizing the loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner. Each of Ally Fashion team members will be the ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make everyday a brighter day as a team! The Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance and in the store reserves. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with, and understanding the customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining other in-store visual merchandising and supporting duties. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and have a passion to succeed. You will need to be proactive, hands on and self-driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also be an individual flare who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, desire to continuously exceed customers’ expectations and will be an advantage if you have proven experience in retail (preferably fashion).
