Job summary

Key duties include handling POS devices, sorting and pricing donations, merchandising, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store presentation while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work across locations and weekends with high energy.

An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. Reporting to the Area Manager, this casual role is based in Grafton, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Retail General Industry Award, Level 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
• Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.
• Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
• Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities

About You:

• Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential
• Strong customer service skills
• Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results

• High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends
• Preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
