Job summary

CGL - Retail Services in Brisbane seeks motivated merchandisers to join our National Field Team. You will perform in-store merchandising tasks across major retailers such as Coles, Priceline, and Big W, with the chance to work on a variety of brands including beauty, household, and personal care.

This ongoing, Monday–Friday role offers a competitive rate of 34.34 AUD per hour plus super and kms, flexible hours, no office commute, and an immediate start near you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to build relationships with store staff.
• Strong attention to detail to execute tasks accurately.
• Solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to receive POS items to home address.
• Comfort with using smart devices and apps.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work and excel within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of brands and products including beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, personal care and more, in major retailers like Coles, Priceline and Big W!

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
• Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
• Solution Orientated
• The ability to lift up to 15kg
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
• Confidence in using smart devices and apps

Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but we would consider similar experience from different sectors. If you are willing to learn and have a great attitude, then you might just be what we’re looking for.
