Job summary

Opal HealthCare in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Manly on a casual basis. Bring your RN expertise to deliver safe, person-centred care across our aged care communities and enjoy flexible shifts with a 7-day rotating roster.

You will complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Casual shifts available and require flexibility.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, police check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
