Job summary

Carinity in Highfields is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a casual role, delivering patient-centred care across morning, afternoon and evening shifts to support residents and families.

You will be a key leader within the Residential Aged Care team, providing preventative, palliative and rehabilitative clinical care that respects the physical, social and spiritual needs of each resident. A competitive hourly rate and shifts allowances are offered.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in Residential Aged Care.
• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Implement care plans, monitor health status, administer medications.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure safety, infection control standards.
• Adapt to different shift periods (morning/afternoon/evening) ensuring continuity of care.
