Gwandalan Summerland Medical – Gwandalan NSW is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our friendly team on a casual basis. Based in Gwandalan, NSW 2259, you will support GPs with procedures, patient care, and education in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Qualified RN or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN).
• Immunisation provider status or willingness to obtain.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting GPs with clinical procedures and examinations.
• Taking patient histories and recording vital signs.
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations per guidelines.
• Providing patient education on health conditions and prevention.
• Managing wound care, dressing changes, and minor injuries.
• Supporting chronic disease management and follow-up care.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, well-stocked clinical environment.
