ForHealth Group is seeking an Enrolled or Registered Nurse for a casual role in Craigmore, SA. You will work with a collaborative team of nurses and GPs to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team-first attitude and patient-focused care.

Responsabilités

• Administering immunisations and monitoring post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient clinical data and records.
• Provide wound care including dressings and sutures.
• Educate patients and coach on health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented practice culture.
