Job summary

ANC Delivery Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (casual, PM shift) to support operations at our client site in Truganina, VIC. You will assist with pick packing, labeling, staging orders, and collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handovers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within ANC’s operations. Forklift experience and a can-do attitude are valued as part of our hands-on, flexible team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transport loading procedures and safe loading/unloading.
• Availability to work a 7 days a week client operation.
• Ability to operate a Pallet Jack.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of work.
• Team player with good communication.
• Willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Proficiency with technology (scanning devices, freight management systems).

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Receive, scan, sort, label, and stage goods.
• Support the Delivery Team: Assist Delivery Professionals with loading and returns processing.
• Safety First: Operate machinery safely, follow site procedures, and report hazards.
• Stock Accuracy: Conduct handovers, cross-check articles, and report damages.
• Compliance: Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe, complying with safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with team, client, and drivers to ensure success.
