United Chemists North Lakes is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant on a casual basis to join our friendly team. You’ll deliver welcoming customer service and help customers find the right products.

Working with the Retail Manager, you’ll support store operations, merchandising, pricing, and transactions to ensure a smooth, customer‑centred experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to grow within our community-focused pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is valued.
• Cash handling and POS experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Reliable and proactive work attitude is important.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
• Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register

About the Role

United Chemists North Lakes is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. As a Pharmacy assistant you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service.

You will:
