Job summary

Petbarn Holden Hill is seeking a casual Sales Assistant to help pet parents choose health, nutrition and wellness products. You’ll provide knowledgeable, friendly service and build trust in-store with every interaction.

You’ll keep shelves stocked, assist with sales and returns, and contribute as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient and eager to help customers.
• Experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Organised and detail-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on pet wellness products.
