Job summary

AMX is Australia’s largest motorcycle accessories retailer, open 7 days a week with 47+ stores nationwide. We are seeking a motivated Casual Sales Assistant who lives and breathes motorcycles to join our team.

You’ll help customers with parts and service, maintain showroom standards, and contribute to store KPIs. A current driver’s licence and motorcycle knowledge are preferred. Availability across a 7-day roster is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about motorcycles and customer service.
• Able to build relationships with customers and peers.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day roster and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain a safety focus for self, teammates and customers.
• Contribute to sales and KPI performance of the store.
• Be a team player and demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on products and services.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Clean and maintain showroom standards.
• Demonstrate reliability and commitment to shifts.
• Show passion for motorcycles.
