Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a Merchandiser in Brisbane for a casual, on-site role. You’ll stock shelves, build in-store displays, execute planograms and assist with promotions, working solo or with a small team.

You’ll develop strong relationships with store staff, submit timely reports via a smart device, and help ensure product visibility and sales momentum. Must have a valid Australian driver’s licence and be physically fit to lift up to 16kg.

• 18+ with full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

The Role: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser with Strikeforce, you'll be out in the field, showcasing top brands in major retail stores. Your mission? Ensure products are stocked, displayed perfectly, and ready for customers. From building displays to executing promotions, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store looking great.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Planogram & Relay Work:

You’ll also be executing planograms (shelf layouts) to ensure products shine in the right spot. Whether working solo or with a team, you’ll help drive product visibility and sales impact.

Planogram Responsibilities Include:

• Executing relay and planogram setups
• Adjusting shelf layouts and placing products in their prime spots
• Ensuring correct ticketing and signage
• Getting store sign-off on displays
• Submitting timely, accurate reports
