Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a Merchandiser to represent our iconic brands in-store across the Newcastle area and surrounding regions. This casual role offers flexible hours and hands-on sales experience with a global leader in Nutrition, Health and Wellness.

You will travel to grocery channels, build displays, secure space and drive standout in-store execution while collaborating with store managers to achieve commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships.
• Owns a valid driver’s licence and has access to a vehicle.
• Hands-on approach to lifting, moving and setting up displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture highlights.
• Lives in the local area and can work independently on the road.
• Well-organised, safety-focused and motivated to deliver results.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Newcastle area, NSW – Out in the market, bring our iconic brands to life
• Casual Role: Tuesday – Friday (12-20 hours per week), with the potential to work extra hours during peak times
• Must hold an unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel is a big part of this role)

Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
