Job summary

Strikeforce is hiring a Casual Merchandiser for the Hardware Team in Horsham. The role involves visiting hardware outlets, merchandising, and executing planograms across multiple stores with occasional regional travel.

Flexibility is required as schedules can change on short notice; you will work with project teams in Bunnings and other retailers. Applicants must be 18+, with Australian work rights and a valid driver licence.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability (Mon–Fri)
• Live in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs
• Own smart device for reporting
• Physically able to bend and lift up to 16 kg
• Strong planning and time-management skills

About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. You work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores

You will also have the opportunity to work with our Project Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers travelling to multiple stores to complete merchandising and store relays, with regional work an option

You will need to have aflexible approachas work schedules can change with short notice and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Following Strict OH&S guidelines
• Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
• Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
• Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure

Role Requirements

• You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights

• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
• Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
• High Attention to detail & Strong planning skills
