Job summary

Nestlé is hiring a Merchandiser to represent our brands in-store across Brisbane inner suburbs. This casual role (Wednesday–Friday, 12–18 hours per week) offers hands-on experience in-store, traveling to Coles, Woolworths and independents, building displays and driving standout execution.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is required.
• Confident communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Hold an unrestricted driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
• Able to lift/move displays and set up in-store materials.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work on the go.
• Live in Brisbane area and able to work Wednesday–Friday.
• Be safety-focused and self-motivated to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel with in-store execution.
• Build displays and secure shelf space for our brands.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with potential extra hours during peak periods.
• Travel across Brisbane suburbs as required.
