Job summary

Nestlé Australia is seeking a Merchandiser to represent our brands in-store across the Adelaide Hills and Eastern metro area. You’ll hit the road, set up displays, secure space, and drive standout in-store execution.

This role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on, field-based job, speaks confidently with store managers, and can work independently with a reliable car and a valid licence. Full Australian working rights and flexibility for peak periods are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
• A hands‑on approach and ability to lift/move/display materials
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
• Live within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road
• Be organized, safety‑focused and motivated to deliver strong results

• Bring brands to life by building displays and securing space
• Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Follow a weekly plan with potential extra hours during peak periods

• Availability Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday is essential with the ability to work additional hours on other days during busy periods such as Back to School and during Winter activations,
• with the potential to work extra hours during peak times
• Must hold an unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel is a big part of this role)
