Job summary

Genetic Signatures Ltd. in Sydney, NSW, is seeking Manufacturing Assistants to help assemble finished kits, label products, dispense reagents, and perform quality checks.

This casual role is up to 20 hours per week, requiring reliability, ability to work independently and with teams, and adherence to WHS protocols. You will perform production of EasyScreen kits, follow instructions meticulously, operate production equipment, and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth daily

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to follow WHS procedures and manufacturing safety requirements.
• Ability to complete production documentation and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Perform the production of EasyScreen diagnostic kits.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and record work.
• Run and maintain production equipment.
• Liaise with production staff and logistics teams for daily operations.
• Report non-conformances and quality issues to supervisor.
• Pack shipping boxes and receive/unload pallets for delivery.
• Organize inventory transfers between warehouses or sites.
