Job summary

Qualifications

Substantive knowledge of legal practice in New South Wales
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Commitment to equity and diversity in line with UNSW
Experience in university teaching or similar higher education setting
Post-admission legal practitioner experience in NSW (≥5 years)
Accredited law degree and eligibility to practise in Australia
Willingness to undertake formal teaching qualification if not already held

Responsibilities

Deliver tutorials and class activities (light to moderate supervision)
Participate in online and in-person teaching delivery
Assist with marking and assessment tasks as required
Support curriculum delivery and student engagement in law courses
Utilise learning management systems to support student learning
Contribute to maintaining high teaching standards and compliance with UNSW policies
