Qualifications

• Casual kitchen roles across chef, cook, food prep and kitchen-hand positions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation.
• Cook and plate dishes in line with menus and presentation standards.
• Maintain an efficient and organised kitchen during busy periods.
• Keep work areas clean and follow cleaning procedures.
• Receive, store and rotate stock appropriately.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety requirements.
• Work closely with chefs, kitchen hands and front-of-house staff.
• Assist with other reasonable kitchen duties when needed.
