Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking reliable casual Kitchen Hands to join our Sydney venues for ongoing event and service shifts. Work includes dishwashing, cleaning, food prep support, and stock handling as part of a busy hospitality team.

Immediate starts and flexible rosters are available to suit peak periods. Applicants should have prior kitchen hand experience, be able to work evenings and weekends, and hold valid working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen hand experience in busy venues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and cleaning of utensils and kitchen areas.
• Stock management and assisting with food preparation.
• Support chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Maintain hygienic and organized workspaces.
• Assist with receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies.
