Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Casual HR Agitator Driver for Byron Bay or Ballina sites. The role involves operating a concrete agitator and delivering to diverse customers along the NSW coast, starting early mornings in a casual capacity.

You will join a safety-conscious team with access to cutting-edge route-mapping technology. A minimum HR licence and prior HR driving experience are preferred, along with strong people skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience.
• Strong people skills and customer-facing attitude.
• Experience with route mapping or GPS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete using a agitator truck to multiple customers on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Heidelberg Materials Australia on-site.
• Participate in a 10-day training program before driving solo.
