Job summary

The Consortium Clemenger Pty Ltd is seeking a casual High Reach Forklift Operator for Kemps Creek, NSW. This hybrid role combines hands-on forklift duties with general warehouse tasks to support inbound and outbound operations.

Key duties include accurate stock movement, RF scanning for inventory accuracy, and assisting with picking, packing and stock handling. The successful candidate will hold a current LF (High Reach) licence and have at least 12 months of forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a High Reach forklift to move stock, put-away and fulfil orders.
• Receive, move and store inbound stock in designated locations.
• Use RF scanning to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support outbound operations and ensure orders are picked and processed correctly.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including picking, packing and stock handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with WHS standards.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on High Reach forklift operation with general warehouse duties, supporting our inbound and outbound operations. You'll play a key part in keeping stock moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse.

• Shift time: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Monday to Friday facility (shifts allocated based on operational needs)
• Casual position

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a High Reach forklift to support stock movement, put-away and order fulfilment
• Accurately receive, move and store inbound stock into designated warehouse locations
• Use RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, handled and processed correctly
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including picking, packing and stock handling
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with WHS standards

About You

• Current LF (High Reach) licence
• Minimum 12 months' experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• Good attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Comfortable working across both forklift duties and general warehouse tasks
• Available to work the 10am-6pm shift, Monday to Friday
• Own, reliable transport (public transport is not accessible from our site)
