Job summary

Strikeforce AMC is seeking a Hardware Merchandiser to service Bunnings and other DIY retailers across Newcastle and Central Coast. You will work with our Projects Team on shelf movements, planograms, displays, and POS, building relationships with store staff.

Flexible Monday–Friday hours with no weekend work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to travel within the region. No prior experience required; you need a valid Australian driver’s licence and a willingness to work physically.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and have full Australian working rights.
• Current State Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Physically capable of lifting and bending, with attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills to relate to a diverse range of people.
• Experience in Hardware/Grocery Merchandising is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Building shelving and product relocation.
• Planograms/Relays – Executions & Compliance.
• Executing tasks, building displays, erecting point-of-sale.
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device.
• Time management under pressure.
