Job summary

Strikeforce is seeking a Casual Merchandiser for the Hardware Team in Northam. You will work as a DIY Brand Activator, representing a full range of high-profile clients while merchandising outlets, executing planograms to a high standard, and building strong relationships within your stores and with our Projects Teams at Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

Flexibility is essential as schedules can change with short notice and regional travel may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• You will be over 18 with full Australian working rights.
• Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs.
• Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle.
• Physically fit - bending & lifting (max 16 kg).
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills.
• Own smart device for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Following OH&S guidelines.
• Product management (stock levels/position/ticketing) in line with client expectations.
• Planograms/relays - executions & compliance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.
• Accurate reporting using own smart device.
• Time management skills - ability to work under pressure.
