Raw Talent is coming to Canberra, and we're building our first community of casual early childhood educators.

With Raw Talent, you choose when you work, where you work and which shifts you accept.

As shifts become available, you'll see the centre, location, hours and shift details before deciding whether to accept. And with reliable weekly pay, you'll always know when you're getting paid.

When you find a centre you love working with, you can favourite them. Do a great job and centres can request you back too — helping you build familiar relationships and more consistency while keeping the flexibility of casual work.

Whether you want one or two shifts a week or a full casual schedule, you're in control. And if you're eventually looking for something permanent, our team can help with that too.
