Job summary

Eden Academy in Victoria is seeking casual educators to be available between our Harkness and Maddingley Centres. The spaces are designed to be home‑like, bright, and resource‑rich, operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm for up to 119 children.

You’ll nurture children through play, foster curiosity, and build strong relationships with families, while joining a welcoming, collaborative team in architecturally inspired spaces across our centres.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
• Working with Children Check (current).
• Full Australian working rights (visa/work eligibility).
• Warm, professional presence and genuine passion for early learning.

Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, our centre features stunning open-plan rooms and lush natural play spaces that provide the perfect backdrop for up to 119 children to explore and grow.

In Your Role As a Educator

• You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
