Eden Academy Seaford is seeking a passionate Educator to join our warm, family-like learning community. You will nurture young learners through playful activities, build trusting relationships with families, and contribute to open, naturally lit spaces designed for discovery.

Operating from 7am to 6pm, our centre features stunning open-plan rooms and lush natural play spaces that provide the perfect backdrop for 123 children to explore and grow.

In Your Role As a Educator

• You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You'll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
