Job summary

Busy Bees Global is seeking a Casual Educator for Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale on a casual basis. You will support safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments for children, helping them feel inspired to learn within a global early-learning context.

The role requires flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with pay per hour in the 38.71–47.68 AUD range and opportunities for development within Busy Bees.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check for VIC.
• Experience as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale , on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
