Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is looking for a Casual Educator to join our team across Bees Creek and surrounding centres. You will support early learning programs, supervise children, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment with flexible availability from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants will hold ACECQA approved early childhood qualifications or be working towards them, have a NT Working with Children Check, and be prepared to travel between local services.

Qualifications

• ACEQCA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• NT Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
