Job summary

Explorers Early Learning Brighton East is seeking a qualified Educator for our casual team. Join a heart-centred program delivering high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum across flexible shifts.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, celebrate milestones, and foster a safe, creative learning space. The role requires at least two years’ experience, ACECQA-approved qualifications, and a passion for nursery-aged children.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as an Educator or equivalent in childcare.
• ACECQA-approved qualification is required.
• Passion for working with Nursery-aged children and their development.
• Commitment to child safety and ongoing development.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and WWCC/mandatory reporting readiness.

• Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting & completion of the National Child Safety Training
