Randstad is recruiting casual Early Years educators across Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. Roles include Experienced ECTs, Diploma and Certificate level educators, and those starting in early childhood education.

You can choose work locations and manage schedules via an app; discounts and Paytime access are offered. Commitment to safeguarding and state checks is expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood / Childcare.
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area.
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs.
• Understanding of the Early Learning Framework.
• Australian work rights and willingness to gain state-based checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality, engaging, and activity-based early years programs.
• Assist in implementing approved curriculum and activities for children.
• Provide care and support in casual teaching roles across multiple sites.

About you:

• Qualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood / Childcare
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
• An understanding of the Early Learning Framework
• Early Childhood Teachers must have a willingness to obtain their relevant state based teachers registration
• Australian work rights and a willingness to gain you state based working with children's check and Food Handling Certificate.
• Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities
• Willingness to undertake mandatory national child safety training
• Able to provide contact details of two most recent professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children (eg Director, Coordinator, Area Manager)
