Job summary

Qualifications

• Cert III qualification for working with children in early childhood settings.
• GECKKO training completed.
• First Aid certificate held and up to date.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate activities for children in the Inner West NSW venues.
• Support children’s learning through play and structured learning experiences.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues to support each child’s growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for educators who:

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Are positive, flexible and ready to jump in and make every moment count.
• Are passionate about working with children of all ages.
• Have completed GECKKO training.
• Can communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members.
• Are adaptable, empathetic and resourceful.
• Demonstrate Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold.
