Job summary

Uniting Early Learning is seeking casual educators to support our nurturing, nature-filled environment for children in a small, community-focused setting. You will assist with delivering a play-based program across indoor and outdoor spaces and help maintain a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

The role suits families or students with flexible availability, with duties including care, documentation, and supporting activities that foster exploration and learning.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Certificate III or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG), and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card).
• First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a well-planned educational program.
• Document observations and support learning through indoor and outdoor activities.
• Support and care for children, building positive relationships and secure routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.

Education

Early Childhood Certificate III or equivalent (ACECQA approved)
