Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a dedicated Educator to foster a warm, inclusive environment where children learn through play. You will nurture minds, support curriculum quality, and collaborate with a supportive team across rotating shifts starting early mornings and finishing late afternoons.

The role requires a valid WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and an approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with ongoing development and wellbeing programs offered by the

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma is required.
• WWCC current and state-relevant.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Child Safety Training Certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and grow children’s minds.
• Support a team of Educators in meeting quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
• Develop learning experiences for children to learn through play.
• Present your room as a welcoming and safe environment for all.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
• Build genuine connections with children and families through a mature, professional approach.
