Job summary

G8 Education Ltd in Queensland is seeking a Casual Diploma Educator to join Piper Central World of Learning. You will nurture early learning with a Diploma qualification and contribute to a stimulating classroom environment.

As part of a supportive team, you will work with children aged 0-5, maintain EYLF and NQS practices, ensure safety and well-being, and engage families. The role offers flexible hours, strong benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within G8's 400+ centres.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5.
• Create a safe, stimulating indoor/outdoor learning environment.
• Implement EYLF and NQS in daily practice.
• Engage and communicate with families and carers.
• Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and regulatory requirements.
