Pepe Saya Dairy Co. is seeking casual dairy processing staff for the Caringbah, NSW site. The role involves working to a daily production schedule, packing and formatting products, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Training is provided, with shifts starting from 7am and a day-time roster that supports a balanced lifestyle. Ideal candidates have dairy processing experience or related food manufacturing exposure, reliable attendance, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Casual role with minimum 24 hours per week.
• Must be able to commute to Caringbah.
• Dairy processing experience is a bonus.
• Willingness to work varying starts (7am etc.).

Responsibilities

• Dairy processing and packing of products according to daily schedule.
• Pack and format all dairy products.
• Quality assurance to meet specifications.
• FIFO inventory control and stock takes.
