Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking energetic crew members to join our team in Australia. You will take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges and handle basic food prep, showing versatility as a team player while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We offer morning shifts Mon-Fri between 6am-5pm, competitive pay, flexible rosters, free uniforms, discounted meals, comprehensive training, team events, and referral incentives along with support from Sonder and opportunities to grow into leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food environment preferred.
• Willing to work mornings and follow procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and process payments.
• Craft burritos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges and assist with basic food preparation.
• Contribute to a clean, well-organized kitchen and dining area.

From taking orders, expertly crafting burritos, restocking fridges and mastering basic food prep, you will showcase your versatility as a team player. Every burrito you roll, every guest you serve contributes to the success of our restaurant and GYG.

We are currently looking for people who are available for morning shifts Monday-Friday, between 6am-5pm.
