Job summary

HEQ Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an energetic cook/chef to join a busy pub and bar kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items, manage your section during rush periods, and help with stock and kitchen organisation while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness.

Bring experience from pubs or restaurants, a team-focused attitude, and reliable, punctual work habits. The role offers casual shifts with ongoing opportunities and a supportive team culture in a lively sports-bar

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook/chef in pub or restaurant.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Flexible casual roster, including nights and weekends.
• Casual shifts with ongoing work.

• Availability for a flexible casual roster, including nights and weekends
