Astra Apartments in Newcastle is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our team. The role involves cleaning and preparing furnished apartments for incoming guests and maintaining standards for long-term corporate guests.

• Previous cleaning experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Thorough cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and living areas;
• Changing and making beds to a professional standard;
• Replenishing amenities, keeping linen and cleaning supplies in stock, and reporting maintenance issues;
• Ensuring apartments are presented to a high standard prior to guest arrival, and maintaining that standard for long-term in-house guests;
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines between guest check-outs and check-ins.

About the Role

You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our furnished apartments to a high standard for incoming guests; and maintaining our apartments for long-term corporate guests.

This role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience and maintaining the quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

– Thorough cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and living areas;

– Changing and making beds to a professional standard;

– Replenishing amenities, keeping stock of linen and cleaning supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues;

– Ensuring apartments are presented to a high standard prior to guest arrival, and maintaining that standard for long-term in-house guests;

– Work efficiently to meet deadlines between guest check-outs and check-ins.

About You

– Ability to work flexible hours, including on short-notice and on weekends, if required.
