Job summary

CQUniversity Rockhampton is seeking casual pool trainers to deliver Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will provide training, tutorials and student support across modalities, assess competencies and give timely feedback.

The role emphasizes inclusive learning, accurate record-keeping and collaboration with the School of Education and the Arts. Expression of interest remains active until December 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Current qualification in Training and Assessment, Vocational Education and Training or adult education at Diploma level or higher.
• Ability to deliver engaging training in face-to-face, online and blended environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training, tutorials and student support within the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and assess student competency.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
