Job summary

Transit Systems NSW is hiring Casual Bus Drivers for South-West Sydney routes, including Bradbury, Macquarie Fields and Smeaton Grange. Training is provided and a $1,000 bonus may apply for eligible new drivers. Join a growing public transport network and learn while you work.

Maintain high safety standards, deliver friendly customer service, and be eligible for novated leasing and other employee benefits. Licence upgrades from C to MR/HR supported.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Australian C Class, MR or HR driver’s licence.
• Licence history requirements must be met and driving record must be clean.
• Ability to work flexible casual shifts and commit to required pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses across allocated services and routes.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to passengers.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort; follow safety and compliance rules.
• Assist with licence upgrade processes and onboarding requirements.
• Support community connectivity across South-West Sydney.
