Job summary

O’Brien Automotive Glass Burwood Service Centre is hiring a Casual Automotive Technician - All Rounder. The role offers on-the-job training, tools and uniform provided, and a pathway toward a permanent position with a future Automotive Glazing Certificate 3.

Typical hours are 8am–5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with travel to Clayton South as needed. You will gain hands-on experience repairing windscreen chips and performing windscreen recalibrations, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Full Australian work rights.
• Ability to complete a full Pre-Employment Medical.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repairing windscreen chips and applying Visi-tech.
• Windscreen recalibrations and glass handling.
• Vehicle preparation including cleaning and vacuuming.
• Organising and storing glass each morning with the team.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and a positive experience.
