Conexson is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual shifts across Rockhampton aged care facilities. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, administer medications, monitor residents, and mentor support staff. Join a supportive agency with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

This role requires current AHPRA RN registration and at least 12 months' experience in Residential Aged Care, with excellent clinical and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalate as needed.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.
