Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aged care or disability support.
• Relevant qualifications in aged care, disability support, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care and meals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Develop relationships with clients and families and communicate needs.
• Document changes in clients' health to healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training to enhance aged care and NDIS support skills.
