Job summary

Scalabrini Communities Griffith NSW is seeking experienced Carers with a Certificate III in Aged Care to join our Griffith Village on a casual basis. You will be part of a care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, delivering person-centred care to residents.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily care, supporting participation in activities, serving meals, and fostering respect for residents’ choices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or community health setting.
• Understanding of dementia care.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a flexible team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily care needs.
• Assist residents to participate in activities.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when required.
